Healdsburg

Healdsburg is where I have called home since 2002. Until then,' had been a confirmed urbanite, having been based in San Francisco for 22 years. and Manhattan prior to that I had reached the point where I needed to be outside more and where it * warm enough to crow tomatoes. I discovered wonderful Healdsburg--a small tightknit community with a rich history (Check out the Healdsburg Museum [ink below) and a definite urban sophistication.

The real estate here is very diverse, offering downtown period bungalows, fixer-uppers_ beautiful exurban estates and everything in between. The 4.5 square miles that are within city limits lies at the convergence of three acclaimed American Viticulture Association appellations Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Russian River Valley and is consistently named among the 10 best small towns m American

Healdsburg is also the gateway to Northern Sonoma County which includes Geserville, the historic town of Asti (The orginal Italian Swiss Coniony) and Cloverdale. These are equally charming communities offering their own attractive qualities Sorrell" ng for everybody here in Healdsburg and the surrounding areas. Just be forewarned—Once you own a place here. you II be everybody’s best friend
